This is a longer and advanced version of the Gentle Playfulness practice. In this class you will start with a few minutes of breath work, turning your attention inwards, with an intention of compassion. From here you will take that intention into a playful and challenging asana practice, including headstands and backbends. You will close the practice with a short meditation on loving kindness.

Kristin will guide you through a short mindful meditation which includes some simple pranayama practices that will help you focus and relieve restlessness.This practice will help you connect to the here and now and can be used as a nice short practice on its own, or as a preparation of a longer practice.
