The House of Yoga is an online yoga school offering a wide range of yoga classes, meditation practices and wisdom teachings. Whether you want to relax or strengthen, whether you have five minutes or two hours, there is always a practice here for you.

Our philosophy is to stay true to the authentic and complete system that is yoga – a practice with many limbs that are a tool to find inner peace and connect to your true self. For some it is a way to heal and connect to the body, to become healthy. For others a way to calm the mind, let go of stress and connect to the breath.
