We offer three types of subscription plans. Every plan has specific advantages:
Yes, all our plans are subscriptions and will be renewed at the end of the subscription period. Monthly plans are renewed every month, the annual plan will be renewed every year and the 6-month plan will be renewed after 6 months.
Good news: your Manduka offer will run until you unsubscribe, so you will pay 25% less every month, half year or year - depending on your plan! That's nice right?!
All plans can be purchased through iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Make sure that your credit card allows for international and recurring payments, this is usually the case but sometimes payments are refused because of this.
Because we offer this special discount, you can not change between plans. Once you have chosen your option you can not change to an other offer with our special Manduka discount. You can of course unsubscribe and buy a plan for normal price but hey, why would you do that?
With an active plan, you login to My House of Yoga and find the ‘Change Plan’ link, next to the ‘Settings-button’. This will show you your current plan and the other plans that are available. No need to enter your payment details again, your plan will be changed automatically after the current subscription period ends."
Easy! To cancel your subscription, just login and go to My House of Yoga and navigate to ‘Settings’, you can find ‘Cancel Subscription’ there. Here you can also find the end date of your subscription, and other information about your subscription. You can cancel any time!
Yoga has countless benefits. You can start with yoga to become more flexible and get more strength. You may find that you sleep better. That you are more concentrated at work. Feel more energetic. And enjoy a well balanced mood. As soon as you start practicing regularly (we advice at least twice a week) you will probably notice the changes.
Yes. Sometimes practicing at home makes you feel more comfortable. Know that the teachers on the video have been practicing for a long time – you’re learning from the best – so don’t expect yourself to get into the poses (asanas) like they do. Be gentle. We really recommend doing the same practice over and over. The joy and the benefits from doing yoga come from getting deeper into a practice – when you don’t focus on the asanas anymore and let your breath guide you. If you have questions or like to get advice, don’t hesitate to email us!
Recent studies suggest that practicing yoga improves your quality of life: reduces stress; lowers heart rate and blood pressure; helps relieve anxiety, depression, and insomnia; and improves overall physical fitness, strength, and flexibility. Additional studies suggest that a carefully adapted set of yoga poses may help reduce pain and improve function (the ability to walk and move) in people with chronic lower-back pain.

When you have an active subscription you have unlimited access to all practices through your browser on computers, tablets and smart phones. We recommend using the Google Chrome browser to get the best experience. Other browsers work perfectly fine too, but Chrome works just a little bit better.
