Stress Relief Program

To restore and slow down

There are certain times when we know we are out of balance. Life becomes extremely busy and stressful, and we over-extend our time and energy reserves with work or in challenging situations.

This program is designed to help restore and rebalance you, to create a sense of calm within. Many studies have already shown that decreased stress is a major benefit of yoga. But it’s helpful to have a structure of recommended practices to give you one less thing to think about. So, that’s what we’ve done. So just breathe and begin.

Healing Yoga: UNLOCKING THE BREATH

Teacher - Katiza Satya
Level - All levels
Duration - 16 mins

Stress and tension can cause constriction in our breathing. When the breath is constricted, we are unable to draw in vital energy from the breath, and maintain high levels of oxygen. We are starting with this video because an essential component of yoga is re-connecting to the proper way of breathing. This can do wonders for our physical and psychological health and well-being.

Practical advice : If you have more time for your practice, feel free to combine this with another meditation or yoga video.
