This unique yoga style changed her life and transformed her way to see things so greatly that she naturally felt it was time to give space to a new fresh start.
It is then, in 2009, that she moved to Amsterdam and started working with Ayurveda in massage centers and yoga schools. As she continued to deepen her yoga practice at Astanga Yoga School Amsterdam, she decided to join the 200hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.
This very important step in her yoga journey changed profoundly her way to live and feel her practice that she started to integrate into her daily life both as a student and as a teacher.
That has consolidated her passion and dedication for this unique yoga style as a life tool for Self-development. Since then, every year, she travels to deepen her practice and teaching with Lino Miele and David Swenson, her guides along the path and beloved Ashtanga yoga teachers, who greatly influence her practice and teaching particularly in the areas of breath awareness, inner alignment and devotion.
She is very happily teaching Ashtanga Yoga, as a way to share her love, joy and dedication to this powerful practice, which can enrich our lives with extraordinary vitality and creativity on all levels.
